Report on Incident
Currently, one can submit an incident by sending a completed form:

In order to maintain confidentiality of the transferred data, you should encrypt your messages while writing the CSIRT GOV
To do so, it is recommended to utilize a PGP/GPG system (a standard applied by all CSIRT like teams in the world)
